Title: HR Business Consultant
Type: FT, Exempt
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Pay: Base Salary + Commission

Description: The HR Business Consultant will actively seek out opportunities with small to medium sized businesses to provide outsourced human resources administration services (PEO, ASO, Project Based). Each HRBC is responsible for finding and developing these opportunities, completing an initial assessment of needs, devising and presenting a strategic solution applying outsourced services, gathering all required documents for underwriting and conversion, and meeting sales activity and production expectations.

A successful HRBC will have strong networking skills, particularly among decision makers of small/medium sized businesses, a background or experience in one or more areas of human resources administration, compliance or overall business operation practices and excels at managing complex processes and multi-tasking.


Title: Sales Coordinator
Type: FT, Non-Exempt
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Pay: Hourly

Description: Have a background in  one or more areas of human resources administration, compliance or overall business operation practices, but don't feel that you have the sales experience to succeed in the HRBC position? The Sales Coordinator is an entry level role that provides you an opportunity to develop those skills while working with experienced HRBCs and getting hands on experience with outsourced human resources solutions. The Sales Coordinator will support the department and individual HRBCs in gathering documents, completing business solution analyses and coordinating communications between the HRBCs and their prospective clients.

A successful Sales Coordinator will have strong communication skills, a thirst for learning, have a passion for helping businesses succeed and be a great team player.
